We brought the car in February 2002 as it was described as in 'immaculate' condition. The only problem was, no one told the seller that immaculate meant it should at least start and you should expect to be able to change gears. So after a bit of haggling over the price and 'this doesn't work' and ' why is that there' and 'but there's no pedal box' we finally drove it home, in a sort of a fashion. Of course, as they say, money can fix most things that are wrong with a vehicle and they weren't wrong. If only we knew who 'they' were, perhaps 'they' might have paid for it. Anyway after many years and many dollars it now resembles quite a good vehicle. Although there are still a few things that need doing, but, we'll get a round to it.

It's a fun car for a fun time and now we're with a fun club it's fun all the way.
